Dolphins | Brandon Marshall, Chad Henne at odds?

Fri, 31 Dec 2010 06:29:29 -0800

Miami Dolphins WR Brandon Marshall said Thursday, Dec. 30, that he is unsure whether QB Chad Henne and he can work better together in the future, according to Brian Biggane, of the Palm Beach Post. "We had some opportunities this year to do that and we didn't get it done," Marshall said, "so I guess we have to evaluate what we did this year and see what we can improve on. See if we can become good before we can become great." Marshall also implied that offensive coordinator Dan Henning has been too conservative in his playcalling. "You just have to let it go," Marshall said. "Don't worry about the consequences, just throw it up and see what happens. Let's live and die by it." Marshall said the team should use him the way the Atlanta Falcons utilize WR Roddy White and the Detroit Lions use WR Calvin Johnson. "That's what I'm used to in the past: Guys believing in me," Marshall said. "You make plays like that, you build confidence in each other and you get a snowball effect."
