However, the GM also believes Palmer won't be dealt - if he's dealt at all - for nearly a year. Updating previous reports, Jay Glazer, of FOXSports.com, reports Cincinnati Bengals WR Chad Johnson has been deactivated for the team's Week 12 game for walking out during a team meeting, sources said. Johnson went to the team meeting groggy and was told by offensive coordinator Bob Bratkowski to sit up straight. After Johnson refused, Bratkowski repeated his demand. At one point in the meeting, Johnson got up and walked out of the meeting. Head coach Marvin Lewis traced down Johnson after shouting for him to come back. Lewis told Johnson to go home after some heated words were exchanged.
