Mon, 25 Jun 2012 14:13:13 -0700 The Cincinnati Reds optioned OF Willie Harris to Triple-A Louisville Monday, June 25, to make room for OF Drew Stubbs (oblique) on the roster.
Fri, 15 Jun 2012 16:49:46 -0700 The Cincinnati Reds placed OF Drew Stubbs (oblique) on the disabled list Friday, June 15, and recalled OF Willie Harris in a corresponding move. The DL stint will be backdated to June 6, meaning Stubbs can return next weekend. Harris hit .245 with no home runs and 12 RBIs in 110 at-bats with Triple-A Louisville. Also, RP Nick Masset (shoulder) was moved to the 60-day DL.
Fantasy Tip: Harris was brought up as outfield insurance with Chris Heisey (groin) banged up, too. Harris doesn't have any real value aside from NL leagues, and even then he's probably not worth it since Stubbs is expected back shortly.

Baker is confident Rolen will be out on the field and will play as many games as his body will allow. However, Baker plans to keep Rolen fresh this spring and won't overwork him. INFs Juan Francisco, Wilson Valdez, Chris Valaika, Todd Frazier, Willie Harris and Paul Janish are all in the mix for the last bench spots, and any one of them could wind up spelling Rolen at third. INF Miguel Cairo is another option.
