Mark Sheldon, of MLB.com, reports the Cincinnati Reds have signed P Brian Meadows to a minor league contract and invited him to spring training. Meadows was 3-6 with a 5.17 ERA and eight saves in 53 games for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays last season.
