The Houston Astros have not made any progress in trade talks involving SPs Wandy Rodriguez and Brett Myers and OF Carlos Lee. The Astros are reportedly willing to pay half of Lee's $18.5 million salary and "at least" $7 million of the remaining $11 million on Myers' deal.
