The Orange County Register's Al Balderas reports Los Angeles Dodgers SP Derek Thompson was reassigned to the bullpen so P D.J. Houlton could take a turn in the rotation. "When you've been a starter your whole life and you've never been a reliever, it's kind of disappointing," Thompson said. "I just want to be up here at the major-league level and, whatever I can do to help the team, I want to do."
