Fantasy Tip: We guess previous reports of one last week didn't come to fruition. He'll probably get a chance to contribute fantasy numbers before Ryan Ludwick (shoulder) does, but any failure to show anything significant could lead to a Billy Hamilton sighting later in the summer.

He said he thinks he's about two months away from returning. Fantasy Tip: Chris Heisey or Billy Hamilton later this summer, but he'd be an upgrade over Cincy's current left-field timeshare between Xavier Paul and Derrick Robinson.

"People seem to be under the impression that I'll be back in the middle of July and that's a complete lie," he said. "I can't even resume baseball activities until July 3, so it's at least the middle of August. I can't even throw a baseball or swing a bat until July. I've got a whole lot of stuff to do. I've got to get in baseball shape, as they call it. You take three, four months from throwing a baseball, it's going to take a while to get your arm back in shape."

He'll wear the sling for two more weeks, and he will miss at least the first half of the season. Ludwick has been limited to getting range of motion back in his arm. Fantasy Tip: Ludwick is only worth stashing in NL-only leagues because of the length of time that he'll miss.

The team is expected to recall OF Derrick Robinson from the minors. Fantasy Tip: Heisey will definitely be a popular target in deep mixed leagues if you need more outfield depth. It's unknown if he'll start in center and bump Shin-Soo Choo to left, though. Robinson can be ignored.
