Pittsburgh Pirates RP Brendan Donnelly (oblique) threw a 25-pitch bullpen session Friday, May 14, and said he felt fine, according to MLB.com's Jenifer Langosch. Donnelly is scheduled to throw another side session Sunday, May 16, before throwing a simulated game during the team's next series. The team is planning to activate him from the disabled list when they return home next week.

He is eligible to be activated from the disabled list Friday, May 14, but won't be activated until at least May 19.
