Updating a previous report, Teresa Varley of the Associated Press, reports Tennessee Titans QB Jason Gesser continues to battle rookie QB Robert Kent for the team's No. 3 quarterback spot. "No matter where you're at in the league, the No. 3 spot at quarterback is the most vulnerable," Gesser said. "Every year there's going to be a different guy to come in and compete with you. ... I'm going to take care of what I have to take care of, and hopefully, they like it and I'm still here as the No. 3 quarterback."

The Tennessean reports a new trial date of Feb. 9, 2005, has been set for Tennessee Titans QB Jason Gesser. The Titans quarterback was arrested Feb. 15 for driving under the influence of an intoxicant. As a first-time offender, Gesser could face fines ranging from $150 to $400 if convicted, as well as additional court costs.

Titans QB Jason Gesser currently is the No. 3 quarterback, but Titans general manager Floyd Reese did not rule out the possibility of selecting a quarterback in the NFL Draft next month.

The Associated Press reports Tennessee Titans QB Jason Gesser pleaded innocent to a DUI charge Monday, March 15. Gesser, who was arrested in Honolulu, Hawaii, on Feb. 15, was not present in Honolulu District Court on Monday. Gesser's attorney, Patrick McPherson, entered the plea on Gesser's behalf.

The Tennessean reports Tennessee Titans QB Jason Gesser was arrested in Hawaii and charged with driving under the influence. Gesser was released Sunday morning after posting $500 bail. He is scheduled to appear in court March 15.
