Lindsay H. Jones, of The Denver Post, reports Denver Broncos WR Brandon Marshall, LB D.J. Williams and DE Elvis Dumervil could be called to testify for the defense in the murder trial of Willie Clark, who is accused of killing former Broncos CB Darrent Williams Jan. 1, 2007. The trial will likely last at least two weeks and is expected to begin Tuesday, Feb. 23. Former Broncos WR Javon Walker, CB Karl Paymah, LB Nate Webster and DL Demetrin Veal could also be called to testify.

His base salary for the 2006 season raised from $425,000 to $1.775 million, prorated over the rest of the 2006 season. The deal includes base salaries of $650,000 (2007) and $950,000 (2008).
