"DeJuan had a little setback with the hamstring injury there, and that held him back some," head coach Scott Linehan said. "He was never 100-percent healthy after he got that hamstring."

The three-day minicamp for rookies and first-year players ended with a single indoor workout Monday, May 15, at Rams Park. Head coach Scott Linehan said Hill had begun to fulfill the promise the Rams saw when he was the 15th overall selection in the draft. Organized team activities, or OTAs, light practices that include veterans and newcomers, begin Tuesday, May 16, and Hill said he was eager to test himself against established NFL receivers. Proving he can hold his own against such competition could be Hill's next step toward a starting position. But he stressed that he isn't looking that far ahead, especially with vets such as CBs Jerametrius Butler, Travis Fisher, Fakhir Brown, DeJuan Groce and Ron Bartell in the mix at cornerback.

Archuleta's helmet made contact with Groce's neck after a reception by Arizona Cardinals WR Anquan Boldin. Groce walked off the field surrounded by medical personnel and Archuleta left in the first quarter after trying to play through the concussion. Both players are questionable to return to the game. CB Chris Johnson replaced Groce and rookie SS Jerome Carter replaced Archuleta.

He says he will play Monday, Oct. 17. "I'm always going to find a way to play, hurt or not," Groce said. "As we get closer and closer (to game time), it gets a little bit better, because we've been doing treatment real hard."
