Sal Maiorana, of the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle, reports Buffalo Bills DL Chris Kelsay feels his roster spot for 2009 is secure. Kelsay's production has suffered in the two seasons since he signed a four-year, $23 million contract. "I'm pretty close with the guys who make up this organization, the guys who make it run, and they're up front and honest with me," Kelsay said. "Unless I'm being lied to, I feel safe."

Kelsay had surgery four days following the 2007 season to repair torn tendons in his ankle. He has spent the last two weeks in an immobilizer boot and insists he is pain free and already has some limited range of motion.
