Jim Flynn, of PewterReport.com, reports the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have placed FB B.J. Askew (neck, back) on the Non-Football Injury list, ending his 2009 season. Askew was involved in a car accident last week and injured his neck and back.

Roy Cummings, of The Tampa Tribune, reports Tampa Bay Buccaneers FB B.J. Askew (back) did not participate in practice Thursday, Oct. 15. He was involved in a minor car accident a few days ago. His status for Week 6 is uncertain. If Askew does not play, RB Earnest Graham would play at fullback.
