Larry Mayer, of ChicagoBears.com, reports since RB Walter Payton retired in 1987 only four Chicago Bears' players have scored 10 or more touchdowns in a season. RB Neal Anderson accomplished the feat four times (12 in 1988, 15 in '89, 13 in '90 and 11 in '92) and WR Curtis Conway (12 in '95), RB Rashaan Salaam (10 in '95) and RB Raymont Harris (10 in '97) each did it once.

The Boston Herald reports New England Patriots RB J.R. Redmond (ankle) once again showed doesn't have the word durable in his list of qualities. Redmond looked good early yesterday, rushing for 66 yards on 20 carries but then injured his right ankle and wasn't able to return. X-rays were negative, but Redmond isn't likely to play next week. RB Kevin Faulk replaced him, but quickly fumbled and was replaced by FB Tony Carter. Faulk was later allowed to return to the field. RB Raymont Harris was declared inactive before the game began.

The Boston Herald reports New England Patriots RB Raymont Harris was expected to see more of a workload on Sunday but a big hit early in the game knocked him out of the team's game plan. He was able to play after the hit, but didn't see much action. RB J.R. Redmond (ribs) started the game despite his ribs not being 100% yet but he also didn't see much action. The Patriots ran the football just 13 times on the day compared to 48 pass plays.

The Boston Herald reports New England Patriots RB J.R. Redmond (ribs) went through practice all week but was not involved in contact drills. He may play this weekend, but it's still up in the air. Newly re-signed RB Raymont Harris went through practice the later part of the week and may end up as the starter this weekend as RB Kevin Faulk appears to be in the dog house once again after fumbling for the fifth-time this year on Monday night.
