John Clayton for ESPN.com reports the Buffalo Bills have agreed to a deal with free agent S Chad Cota (Rams). The agreement is a one-year deal worth $680,000 with a $25,000 signing bonus. Cota will count only $475,000 against the Bills’ salary cap.
