The Miami Dolphins haven't called despite a need for talent in the secondary. "I haven't heard anything from the Dolphins," said Buckley, who still lives in South Florida. The 14-year veteran is hoping to catch on with a team for another year or two before retiring for good. With Dolphins' nickel CB Reggie Howard continuing to struggle, there has been plenty of talk around the team about finding someone more experienced, such as Buckley or free agent CB Bobby Taylor (Seahawks).

There has been speculation he was suspended by the team for the game, but there has been no further word from the team on the subject. His spot as an extra cornerback was taken by Terrance Shaw and Leonard Myers. DB Antwan Harris (sprained ankle), OL Adrian Klemm (leg), OL Kenyatta Jones and S T.J. John Clayton of ESPN reports the New England Patriots aren't commenting on published reports CB Terrell Buckley was being suspended for an altercation with an assistant coach. Clayton said it may be until gametime Sunday before the word of his status gets out. One indication would be if rookie CB Leonard Myers moves ahead of Buckley as the team's third cornerback.
