Associated Press reports St. Louis Rams RB Moe Williams (knee) had two physicals with the team. The first one wasn't clear, so they brought him in for a second one and he was able to pass that physical. He is recovering from micro-fracture surgery on his right knee, which was performed in November last year. Head coach Scott Linehan said Williams feels good and they feel he will be a "great addition" to the Rams. Williams will compete with RB Tony Fisher for the No. 2 running back position. Williams also brings the ability to play on special teams, according to Linehan.

Williams was accused of touching the breasts of a dancer in a public space during a boat cruise on Lake Minnetonka last October. A jury found him not guilty of indecent conduct and lewd or lascivious behavior. Williams was fined $300 and ordered to complete 30 hours of community service that benefits women or children.

Williams was one of four players charged with indecent conduct, disorderly conduct and lewd or lascivious conduct. Prosecutor Steve Tallen said he would show that Williams touched a woman's breasts while he danced in view of other people on a boat cruise on Lake Minnetonka last October. Williams' lawyer, Joe Friedberg, told the jury his client's conduct was not a crime, because he was "with a woman who was 100 percent consenting."

Culpepper, along with free agent RB Moe Williams (Vikings) face misdemeanor charges of alleged lewd conduct that includes touching a naked woman during lap dances. Culpepper's attorney argued that even if the players did receive lap dances during the boat party, it wasn't a crime.

Culpepper is expected to appear in Hennepin County District Court in Minnesota for the hearing. Culpepper was charged with indecent behavior, disorderly conduct and lewdness. A motion for dismissal was filed earlier this month claiming the decision to press charges against Culpepper and Williams was racially motivated and lacked probable cause. If convicted, Culpepper could face up to 90 days in jail and a $1,000 fine.
