Unrestricted free-agent DE Reggie Hayward (Jaguars) said he understands why the Jacksonville Jaguars released him and does not have any bad feelings toward the team, reports The Florida Times-Union's Vito Stellino. "It wasn't a surprise. You want to be a part of it, but you understand the ins and outs of the business. I left on good terms with [general manager Gene Smith] and [head coach Jack Del Rio] and the whole organization," Hayward said.
