Nick Wagoner, of StLouisRams.com, reports St. Louis Rams LB Will Witherspoon (shoulder) said he is almost back to full health after having his shoulder scoped during the offseason. "I wouldn't say I am 100 percent yet but pretty close," Witherspoon said. "I am not missing any part of practice. If it were a game day, it's probably not there yet but otherwise, I'm just looking forward to making things happen."
