Todd Archer, of the Dallas Morning News, reports Dallas Cowboys OT Ethan Brooks practiced at right tackle Wednesday, Oct. 26, as head coach Bill Parcells wanted Brooks to get some more work on that side. Parcells noted it had nothing to do with the team's perception of rookie OT Rob Petitti, who allowed two sacks in Week 7.

Brent Jones, of the Baltimore Sun, reports despite missing the scrimmage and the opening pre-season game, there is a decent chance Baltimore Ravens OT Orlando Brown will see his first action since the 1999 season in the Saturday, August 16 pre-season game against the Atlanta Falcons. The Ravens might choose to sit Brown because of the artificial turf at the Georgia Dome. If he does play, Brown is expected to take a few snaps with the starters as the backup to Ravens OT Ethan Brooks.

The Baltimore Sun reports Baltimore Ravens OT Ethan Brooks, who started at right tackle last year, will line up as the No. 2 left tackle behind Jonathan Ogden for the time being. The coaching staff, however, believe Brooks will be given a shot during training camp to reclaim his starting role at right tackle. His playing on the left side is to give him more versatility.
