The Cardinals will likely keep five receivers meaning rookie WRs Jason McAddley and Jake Soliday will compete for the fifth spot, with the hope of possibly knocking Jackson or Gilmore off the roster.

The Arizona Republic reports the Arizona Cardinals added some much needed speed at WR when they selected WR Jason McAddley of Alabama in the fifth round of the NFL Draft. McAddley played for the Cardinals coaches at the Senior Bowl and is looking forward to working under receivers coach Jerry Sullivan. McAddley runs the 40 in 4.43 seconds. He'll compete with WR Arnold Jackson for the No. 4 WR job and he could be used to return kickoffs too.

Jenkins would be replaced by either Michael Pittman or rookie Marcel Shipp on kick returns. Also, Arnold Jackson would replace him as the No. 3 receiver if Jenkins can't go.

The Arizona Republic reports Arizona Cardinals undrafted rookie free agent WR Arnold Jackson has been catching the coaches attention during practice as both a receiver and a return man. However, he fights an uphill battle to make the team because he's only 5-foot-8 and 167 pounds. Rookie S Adrian Wilson and seventh-round selection TE Tevita Ofahengaue have also been given praise. Ofahengaue has been seeing some time at fullback as well. The Cardinals worked out undrafted rookie free agent OG Josh Lovelady on Friday.
