The Arizona Republic reports Arizona Cardinals WRs Bryan Gilmore and Arnold Jackson will battle for the fourth receiver roster spot. The Cardinals will likely keep five receivers meaning rookie WRs Jason McAddley and Jake Soliday will compete for the fifth spot, with the hope of possibly knocking Jackson or Gilmore off the roster.

Darren Urban, of the East Valley Tribune, reports Arizona Cardinals WR Bryan Gilmore has made great strides during the off-season and will enter the year as the top backup to WR David Boston. He's also expected to challenge Arnold Jackson for the punt return job.

Cardinals | Add Some Speed

The Arizona Republic reports the Arizona Cardinals added some much needed speed at WR when they selected WR Jason McAddley of Alabama in the fifth round of the NFL Draft. McAddley played for the Cardinals coaches at the Senior Bowl and is looking forward to working under receivers coach Jerry Sullivan. McAddley runs the 40 in 4.43 seconds. He'll compete with WR Arnold Jackson for the No. 4 WR job and he could be used to return kickoffs too.

The Arizona Republic reports Arizona Cardinals WR/KR MarTay Jenkins (ankle) continues to nurse a sprained ankle, and it is uncertain whether he will be able to play Sunday. Jenkins would be replaced by either Michael Pittman or rookie Marcel Shipp on kick returns. Also, Arnold Jackson would replace him as the No. 3 receiver if Jenkins can't go.

Head coach Dave McGinnis said it's something the team is going to evaluate. WR Arnold Jackson handled kickoffs last weekend after Jenkins bobbled a kickoff.

ESPN reports Arizona Cardinals WR Frank Sanders aggravated his hamstring injury on his TD catch today. He had to leave the game and he did not return. Rookie WR Arnold Jackson took over as the team's No. 3 WR with Martay Jenkins playing the No. 2 WR role.
