The Florida Times-Union reports Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Tom Coughlin stated WR R. Jay Soward's action during training camp is going to be lessened dramatically because the team needs to have other players ready for the start of the season. Soward, coming off a rocky rookie year, is suspended for the first four games of the season for substance abuse. The team is working rookies Richmond Flowers, Marcellus Harris and David Stanley at punt and kick return to prepare for the loss of Soward.
