The AP reports the Tampa Bay Devil Rays have signed Mark Quinn to a minor-league contract, financial terms of which were not disclosed. Quinn, released by Kansas City March 11 and then by San Diego in April, will report to Triple-A Durham.

The AP reports the San Diego Padres agreed to terms on a minor league contract with OF Mark Quinn. If Quinn makes the Padres’ roster, he’ll receive $500,000 on a one-year contract with an additional $250,000 possible via performance bonuses. He’s due to start the year with Triple-A Portland.
