All four candidates are scheduled to be interviewed Monday, Nov. 2, but no deadline has been set for a decision.

The 36-year-old Greer played nine years with the Texas Rangers and has been sidelined by injuries the past few years. He last played in 2002. He considered making another comeback attempt this season, but decided it was in the best interests of his family to officially retire.
