Los Angeles Dodgers 3B Justin Sellers (leg) was a late scratch with numbness in his right leg Wednesday, May 23. 2B Adam Kennedy took his place at third. Sellers will undergo an MRI exam on Thursday, May 24.

Los Angeles Dodgers OF Juan Rivera and INF Juan Uribe were out of the lineup against the San Diego Padres Saturday, April 7, in part because manager Don Mattingly felt OF Tony Gwynn Jr. and INF Adam Kennedy provided more favorable matchups against SP Dustin Moseley. Rivera is expected to return to the lineup against SP Clayton Richard Sunday, April 8.

Los Angeles Dodgers INF Adam Kennedy (groin) said his right groin strain isn't "too serious," and he could be back in action in two to three days. INF Jerry Hairston Jr. (shoulder) returned to the spring lineup Monday, March 26. INF Justin Sellers (skin) is expected to return Tuesday, March 27.

The Los Angeles Dodgers finalized their one-year, $800,000 deal with 2B Adam Kennedy Thursday, Dec. 1. He will make an extra $25,000 for each of 325, 350, 375, 400, 425 and 450 plate appearances.
