The AP reports the San Francisco Giants traded first baseman Damon Minor to the Philadelphia Phillies on Monday for minor league pitcher Mike Wilson. Minor was batting .234 with eight home runs and 21 RBIs in 37 games for Triple-A Fresno. He hit three homers Sunday against New Orleans.
