It was his first appearance since Aug. 23 with the Atlanta Braves.

Fri, 10 Aug 2007 15:36:06 -0700 David O'Brien, of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, reports Atlanta Braves CL Bob Wickman (forearm) was cleared to pitch Friday, Aug. 10, after tests on his forearm revealed no structural damage and only mild inflammation. Wickman underwent an MRI exam Thursday, Aug. 9, and a CT scan Friday, Aug. 10, and both tests came back negative.
