Marty Noble, of Mets.MLB.com, reports the New York Mets have signed RP Ricardo Rincon (Giants) to a minor league contract and extended him an invitation to spring training. Rincon's contract will make him $750,000 a year for time in the majors and $125,000 a year for time in the minors.
