The Pittsburgh Pirates signed free-agent RP Jorge Julio (Independent League) to a minor league deal Monday, Jan. 10, according to ESPNNewYork.com's Adam Rubin. The deal does not include an invite to Spring Training.

The Sports Network reports the Tampa Bay Rays signed free-agent RP Jorge Julio (Brewers) to a minor league deal Tuesday, June 9, and assigned him to Triple-A Durham. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
