Updating a previous item, The Associated Press reports the Washington Nationals re-signed RP Ron Villone to a one-year minor league deal Wednesday, Feb. 17. He will receive $900,000 if he is added to the 40-man roster with a chance to earn an extra $700,000 in performance bonuses.
