Jon Paul Morosi, of the Detroit Free Press, reports the Detroit Tigers believe that free-agent SP Kenny Rogers (Tigers) has not made up his mind 100 percent to whether he will retire. "I don't think he's on the verge of signing with any club. I think he's content where he is right now. But it's more up to him on what he decides to do with his life. I don't know that he's made that decision 100 percent," general manager Dave Dombrowski.
