Alex Marvez, of the Sun-Sentinel, reports Miami Dolphins CB Reggie Howard was the team's No. 4 cornerback at their recent minicamp. Rookie CB Travis Daniels and veteran CB Mario Edwards received more playing time alongside starting CB Sam Madison than Howard did. Howard declined a request by the Dolphins this offseason to restructure his contract. Unless he becomes a bigger contributor, Howard may not be around in 2006 when his salary would jump to $3.25 million.
