Free-agent RP Chan Ho Park (Pirates) and the Pittsburgh Pirates both have mutual interest in reuniting for the 2011 season, according to MLB.com's Jenifer Langosch. "We've expressed some interest and he has expressed some interest," general manager Neal Huntington said. "But again, it's got to be the right fit for him, and it has to be the right fit for us. We're working through what that might be or may not be." It is unlikely that they will offer Park a guaranteed major league deal.

Pittsburgh Pirates RP Chan Ho Park (4-3) won his 124th career game in the major leagues against the Florida Marlins Friday, Oct. 1, breaking Hideo Nomo's record for most wins by an Asian-born pitcher, according to The Associated Press. He tossed three scoreless innings without allowing a hit, while walking none and striking out six. Park credited his recent success to a cutter taught to him by CL Mariano Rivera when the two were teammates on the New York Yankees earlier this season.
