The AP reports P Nick Neugebauer (shoulder) of the Milwaukee Brewers will undergo arthroscopic surgery on his right shoulder next week, placing his 2003 season at risk. Dr. Lewis Yocum will perform the surgical procedure and will likely check the labrum and rotator cuff. Neugebauer felt a pinching sensation in the back of his right shoulder while pitching on Monday. "I felt like I had no arm strength and every time I got to the top of my delivery, it stung,'' Neugebauer said. "There's just something structurally wrong in my shoulder that he needs to go in there and fix.''
