The Kansas City Star reports Kansas City Royals pitcher Albie Lopez (groin) will make a rehab tour in the minors once his strained right groin is deemed strong enough to return from the disabled list. Lopez hasn't pitched since May 16 but threw a sideline session before Thursday's game and appears close to returning.
