The North County Times reports San Diego Padres RP Scott Cassidy (knee) has hit all his target dates after undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery on April 5. That included a 25-pitch bullpen session at the team's spring training complex in Peoria, Ariz., on April 28. "It's not 100 percent yet," Cassidy said. "It's a little weak, but we're getting it to strengthen. I'm slowly getting the feeling back on the mound."
