Pittsburgh Pirates SP A.J. Burnett is 14-12 with a 2.76 ERA in 35 career starts at PNC Park. He will face the Detroit Tigers Tuesday, April 14 after going 5 1/3 innings and recording a no-decision against the Cincinnati Reds last Thursday.
Fantasy Tip: While Burnett ($4,500, 9.0% of cap) is much better in the pitcher-friendly confines of PNC Park, he makes for a rather risky FantasyScore pitching option Tuesday against the hot-hitting Tigers.

The Philadelphia Phillies could have $20 million in payroll room to spend this offseason, which could net them a major signing or a few mid-level to minor players. The amount could go higher if SP A.J. Burnett declines his $12.75 million option and players like RP Antonio Bastardo and OF Domonic Brown are dealt.
