San Diego Chargers LB Takeo Spikes is expected to be approached about a pay cut for 2013 if he wants to stick around. Spikes is entering the final season of a three-year deal, and his base salary is $3 million in 2013, and his contract, in its current form, will carry a $3.7 million cap value.

"The offensive line needs to be addressed," Spikes said. "I see horrible things written and said about Philip Rivers – I believe Philip is a great quarterback in this league. Regardless what your intangibles are you can't throw the ball if you're on your back or looking at your side."
