Bengals.com reports the team has placed CB Rodney Heath (torn hamstring) on the Injured Reserve list. They also signed CB Ligarius Jennings from the Detroit Lions practice squad. Jennings signed a three-year contract. He was signed by the Lions last April 27 as an undrafted free agent from Tennessee State.
