Raiders | DeAndre Washington totals six touches

Sun, 24 Sep 2017 20:41:20 -0700

Oakland Raiders RB DeAndre Washington posted five receptions for 24 yards on six targets in Week 3 against the Washington Redskins and he had one rush for no gain.

Fantasy Tip: Washington can be an effective change of pace back for the Raiders when they need a spark, but they need way more in this game. The Raiders offense was horrendous. They'll look to rebound in Week 4 at Denver in another tough matchup. Washington is only worth using in deeper PPR leagues as long as Marshawn Lynch remains healthy.

Raiders | Marshawn Lynch will be used on early downs

Wed, 26 Apr 2017 11:13:15 -0700

Oakland Raiders RB Marshawn Lynch is expected to be on the field for first and second downs with the Raiders. RB DeAndre Washington, RB Jalen Richard and FB Jamize Olawale are expected to see time on third down.

Fantasy Tip: Lynch should receive most of the carries for the Raiders in 2017 and likely will not receive many targets in the passing game. He should be considered a No. 2 or No. 3 running back in most leagues but will have more value in standard leagues.

Raiders | DeAndre Washington hitting his stride

Thu, 29 Dec 2016 21:07:39 -0800

Oakland Raiders RB DeAndre Washington is benefitting from being deactivated earlier in the year because he was able to take care of his body and learn the offense, according to OT Donald Penn.

Fantasy Tip: Washington had a big performance in Week 16, and while he has been too inconsistent to trust in the finale, he will be a sleeper candidate heading into 2017, especially in dynasty formats.
