Ravens | Baltimore committed to Alex Collins?

Thu, 17 May 2018 18:59:48 -0700

The Baltimore Ravens' decision not to select a running back in the 2018 NFL Draft is a sign that they are comfortable with RB Alex Collins as their starter, according to Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com.

Fantasy Tip: Collins proved to be a workhorse between the tackles once he was given a chance, and he should remain the lead back on early downs and near the goal line this year. He won't do a lot in the passing game, but draft him as a RB2 in standard formats.

Ravens | Alex Collins with tasty matchup

Tue, 26 Dec 2017 06:38:02 -0800

Baltimore Ravens RB Alex Collins has a good matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 17 as the Bengals are the second-worst team at defending the position in the last five weeks.

Fantasy Tip: The Bengals have allowed five fewer rushing scores than the Houston Texans, and they're just three points behind them. That's how susceptible to yardage they are through the air and on the ground. Collins has been held in check the last two weeks, but he's a bright spot RB2 play in the finale.

Ravens | Alex Collins unable to find running room

Sun, 17 Dec 2017 14:16:37 -0800

Baltimore Ravens RB Alex Collins rushed for 19 yards on 12 carries against the Cleveland Browns in Week 15. He also caught five passes for 33 yards during the game.

Fantasy Tip: Collins did have a disappointing game in terms of his rush yards but his work in the passing game made him a solid option for point-per-reception leagues. He should have more success next week against the Indianapolis Colts and can be a No. 2 running back or flex option for owners.
