Ravens | Alex Collins a bright spot for Ravens

Sun, 24 Sep 2017 10:01:54 -0700

Baltimore Ravens RB Alex Collins rushed for 82 yards on nine carries against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 3.

Fantasy Tip: Collins received most of his work in the second half of the lopsided game but could earn more playing time after his Week 3 performance. He does not have much fantasy value at this point but could be valuable later in the season.

Seahawks | Alex Collins makes his case for roster spot

Sat, 19 Aug 2017 08:35:29 -0700

Seattle Seahawks RB Alex Collins led all rushers with 10 carries and 58 yards while adding four catches for 35 more yards in Week 2 of the preseason against the Minnesota Vikings on Friday, Aug. 18. He also lost a fumble.

Fantasy Tip: Collins is in a fight with undrafted rookie free agent Chris Carson for the No. 4 job in Seattle behind three injury-prone rushers in Thomas Rawls, Eddie Lacy and C.J. Prosise, so there is a potential avenue to fantasy relevancy here. Carson is getting some with the first team in camp, so Collins will need another effort like this next week to help his cause.
