Updating a previous report, Josh Poltilove, of The Tampa Tribune, reports former NFL RB Rabih Abdullah was arrested Wednesday, May 7, on an outstanding warrant for driving with a license canceled, suspended or revoked. Abdullah remains in jail Thursday, May 8, and his bail was set at $500.

Florida Today's Tampa Bay's 10 is reporting former NFL RB Rabih Abdullah was arrested Sunday evening, June 4, on DUI charges. Police arrested him as he appeared to be driving erratically on a Tampa street. He failed a field sobriety test. A search of his 2004 BMW revealed a loaded .45 caliber semi-automatic handgun, a set of brass knuckles, and a small amount of marijuana. He refused a breathalyzer exam at the police station. He was charged with DUI, carrying a concealed firearm, and possession of marijuana.

Michael Parente, of the Woonsocket Call, reports New England Patriots RB Rabih Abdullah (arm) was downgraded from probable to questionable for Week 7 following the team's practice session Thursday, Oct. 21. Abdullah missed a portion of team practice on Thursday and is in jeopardy of missing Sunday's, Oct. 24 game against the New York Jets.

Patriots.com reports New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick was impressed with the special teams play of RB Rabih Abdullah in Week 2's game against the Arizona Cardinals. "I thought he did a really good job of covering kickoffs," Belichick said. "He was on the kickoff team and the punt return team. I thought he did a nice job and showed some toughness. He showed good speed getting down there. His first game, he had a small role in the game, and I thought he did alright with it."
