Chiefs | Andy Reid confident in offense

Tue, 20 Jun 2017 12:24:57 -0700

Kansas City Chiefs WR Chris Conley is just one piece of a young offensive group that has given head coach Andy Reid confidence despite the loss of Baltimore Ravens WR Jeremy Maclin. "We have a lot of talent right here to do whatever we need to do," Reid said. Conley himself is ready to take on a leadership role. "You have to be a good listener [in order to lead], and I got a lot of time being able to watch and listen, and I think that's the way you help these younger guys is you just pay attention," Conley said.

Fantasy Tip: Conley seems to be the favorite to take over the Chiefs' No. 2 wide receiver position behind Tyreek Hill. As for fantasy purposes, Conley does have some upside, but he's only ideal as a late-round option in standard formats.

Chiefs | Chris Conley pegged for WR2 role

Thu, 08 Jun 2017 05:38:05 -0700

Kansas City Chiefs WR Chris Conley will play the "X" receiver, which is a possession receiver role in head coach Andy Reid's offense. Conley said he has moved around the last two practices and played some of the "Z" receiver role.

Fantasy Tip: Conley had a 44-530-0 line in his second season and should see a jump in his third season. He'll be a WR4 possibility in fantasy.

Chiefs | Demarcus Robinson, Albert Wilson could start

Sun, 04 Jun 2017 15:25:49 -0700

Kansas City Chiefs WRs Demarcus Robinson and Albert Wilson are considered the leading candidates for the starting receiver job opposite WR Chris Conley, in the opinion of ESPN.com's Adam Teicher.

Fantasy Tip: Wilson could have an edge over Robinson because of his experience, but owners should keep an eye on the competition during training camp. The winner of the job probably will not receive a lot of targets during the season and probably can be avoided in most leagues.
