Panthers.com reports Carolina Panthers special teams coach/assistant head coach Scott O'Brien has helped PK Jon Hilbert find a flaw in the way he kicks. Hilbert missed two FGs last week. "When we watched the film (of the Minnesota game), instead of walking back in a 90 degree angle, I was walking back and then kind of forward," said Hilbert. "What that was doing was when I was coming in to plant, I was planting too close, and it was causing my foot to wrap around the ball. I hit them both on the side panel of the ball, and they both went off to the left."
