Ryan O'Halloran, of The Washington Times, reports Washington Redskins OT Stephon Heyer (knee), DE Phillip Daniels (knee) and DT Cornelius Griffin (knee) were limited during practice Friday, Dec. 11. They are listed as questionable for Week 14 but are expected to play.

Daniels said, "I can play with this. It's not like a torn triceps. It only limits me doing a couple of things like turning my wrist."


Redskins | Rabach will be a UFA in 2010

David Elfin, of The Washington Times, repots Washington Redskins C Casey Rabach reached a playing time quota that voided the final year of his contract, which was due to run through 2010. As a result, Rabach will be an unrestricted free agent after the 2009 season. He will join QB Jason Campbell, CB Carlos Rogers, LB Rocky McIntosh and DE Phillip Daniels as the team's only starters headed towards unrestricted free agency.

Head coach Jim Zorn said the absences were planned. He added, "We're just trying to keep the wear and tear off of them."
