Sat, 18 Aug 2018 12:02:35 -0700

New York Jets WR Quincy Enunwa (thumb) is participating in practice Saturday, Aug. 18, and is taking part in team drills.

Fantasy Tip: Enunwa is recovering from a thumb injury and probably will be able to play in the third preseason game. He has a chance to be a solid option in the team's passing game and could be a No. 4 fantasy receiver.

Jets | Quincy Enunwa's hand uncovered

Wed, 08 Aug 2018 13:35:09 -0700

New York Jets WR Quincy Enunwa (thumb) is no longer wearing a cast or wrap on his previously injured right thumb.

Fantasy Tip: Enunwa still might miss the team's first preseason game, perhaps as just a precaution, as there is no sense in risking some sort of a setback. Enunwa looked like a legitimate target in the passing game in 2016, but he missed last season due to a neck injury. Then, Robbie Anderson and Jermaine Kearse emerged as downfield threats, and now Terrelle Pryor has joined the mix. Enunwa will be battling for targets and is only worth a look as a late-round option in leagues of 12 or more teams.

Jets | Quincy Enunwa out at least one week

Thu, 02 Aug 2018 15:38:24 -0700

New York Jets WR Quincy Enunwa (thumb) is expected to miss one to two weeks because of a thumb injury, according sources.

Fantasy Tip: It appears like Enunwa will miss at least one preseason game, but it looks like he will be ready for the start of the regular season. He had a solid role in the passing game in 2016 but missed last season because of a neck injury. He could be a late-round option in deeper leagues if he sees a decent amount of targets this season.

Jets | Quincy Enunwa still sidelined

Thu, 02 Aug 2018 11:20:22 -0700

New York Jets WR Quincy Enunwa (hand) remains out of practice with an apparent hand injury. Enunwa had his right hand wrapped as he watched practice Thursday, Aug. 2.

Fantasy Tip: The Jets need Enunwa to be healthy this year as part of a less than impressive receiving corps. His fantasy value is limited by Robby Anderson and Jermaine Kearse, but there are worse strategies than taking a chance on him in later rounds.

Jets | Quincy Enunwa dealing with new injury

Wed, 01 Aug 2018 16:30:10 -0700

New York Jets WR Quincy Enunwa (undisclosed) suffered an undisclosed injury Tuesday, July 31, and did not participate in practice Wednesday, Aug. 1, according to head coach Todd Bowles. Enunwa's injury is not related to the neck injury that caused him to miss last season.

Fantasy Tip: Owners should keep an eye on the situation to see if Enunwa will be sidelined for a while. He missed the entire 2017 season because of a neck injury but could have a decent role if he is healthy this season. He could be a late-round option or a waiver wire pickup in deeper leagues.

Fri, 27 Jul 2018 15:33:57 -0700

New York Jets WR Quincy Enunwa (neck) was wearing a non-contact jersey during practice Friday, July 27.

Fantasy Tip: Enunwa likely will be eased into contact drills since he missed last season because of his neck injury. He should have a solid role in the passing game this season and may be used as the slot receiver. He has a chance to be a late-round option in deeper fantasy leagues.

Jets | Quincy Enunwa likely to be slot

Fri, 13 Jul 2018 14:21:49 -0700

New York Jets WR Quincy Enunwa likely will be used as a slot receiver this season with WRs Robby Anderson and Jermaine Kearse as the outside receivers, in the opinion of the New York Post's Brian Costello.

Fantasy Tip: Enunwa is coming off a neck injury but should be ready to participate in training camp. He played well before the injury but could see his targets drop a bit because of the other receivers on the roster. He has a chance to be a late-round pick in drafts that can be used against favorable matchups.

Jets | Quincy Enunwa strictly a WR now?

Sun, 03 Jun 2018 18:44:34 -0700

New York Jets WR Quincy Enunwa said he "definitely" considers himself a wide receiver now after being used in the slot, out wide and as a tight end in 2016.

Fantasy Tip: Enunwa missed all of last season with a neck injury, but he showed some promise in 2016. He could emerge as one of the main targets in the passing attack and is worth grabbing as a bench option in redraft formats.

Jets | Quincy Enunwa being limited

Thu, 31 May 2018 13:07:15 -0700

New York Jets WR Quincy Enunwa (neck) is being held out of team drills during offseason workouts because he is coming back from a neck injury.

Fantasy Tip: Enunwa may be eased back into team drills at the start of training camp but should be a full participant at some point during camp. He has played well when he is healthy and should be a top three receiver for the Jets in 2018. Owners should see how he performs during training camp because he could be a No. 4 or No. 5 receiver in deeper leagues.
