Wed, 08 Aug 2018 11:11:13 -0700

Oakland Raiders WR Martavis Bryant is struggling to learn the playbook so far in training camp, according to offensive coordinator Greg Olson. The Raiders are trying to simplify Bryant's learning process so they can get him on the field more.

Fantasy Tip: Bryant has the talent to succeed in the NFL, but he's learning a new offense under a new coach on a new team. He's the No. 3 wide receiver behind Amari Cooper and Jordy Nelson anyway, which makes Bryant no more than a speculative WR4.

Sun, 05 Aug 2018 11:05:46 -0700

Oakland Raiders WR Martavis Bryant has flashed his size and speed in training camp, but head coach Jon Gruden wants to see more scheme versatility and consistency from him this summer. "He's got to get out here and play better. He's in a competitive situation. Right now, a lot of other receivers have had a good nice camp. He's just got to learn the offense. He's got to stay out here. He's had some illnesses. He's got to get on the field. He's got to master the offense and become more versatile, and that's the key to making this team better," Gruden told The Las Vegas Review-Journal.
