|Packers | Davante Adams explodes for 132 yards|
Thu, 20 Oct 2016 20:37:29 -0700
Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams played through a questionable tag due to a concussion he suffered in Week 6 and finished with 13 catches for 132 yards and two touchdowns in Week 7 against the Chicago Bears.
Fantasy Tip: All three marks are career highs. While Aaron Rodgers avoided Jordy Nelson like the plague Thursday night, Adams took advantage of multiple blown coverages en route to his best day as a pro while racking up 16 targets. Even though he hasn't been terribly efficient up to this point of his career, it might be time for owners to start trusting him. With Green Bay's backfield in shambles, the Packers may become a high-volume passing attack out of necessity, allowing Adams to post WR3 production on a regular basis.

|Packers | Davante Adams questionable|
Wed, 19 Oct 2016 13:28:20 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Adams' status may not be decided until right before kickoff, so he'll really need to be monitored. The good news is that he did practice after not practicing yesterday. Even if Adams plays, though, he may be too big of a risk since he probably won't be 100 percent healthy. Look for better options if you have them.

|Packers | No practice for Davante Adams|
Tue, 18 Oct 2016 14:13:19 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Concussions can take a while to recover from, and Adams only has until Thursday to be cleared to play. If he isn't cleared, then Jeff Janis and Jared Abbrederis could see increased targets behind Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb. Although, Nelson and Cobb are the only Green Bay receivers to seriously consider starting if Adams sits.

|Packers | Davante Adams sits Monday|
Mon, 17 Oct 2016 14:28:34 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Adams disappointed in Week 6, and he's clearly the No. 3 wide receiver behind Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb. Even if Adams plays, he's too risky of a start in traditional leagues.

|Packers | Davante Adams in the locker room|
Sun, 16 Oct 2016 15:44:09 -0700
Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams (undisclosed) was shaken up in the third quarter of the Week 6 game against the Dallas Cowboys due to an undisclosed injury. He was down for several moments and assisted off the field by the training staff. He was taken back to the locker room for further evaluation.
Fantasy Tip: Adams, like most of the Green Bay offense, was not having a very good day before departing. When healthy he is only worth a look in the deepest of fantasy leagues at this point.

|Packers | Davante Adams having 'very good camp'|
Fri, 19 Aug 2016 10:48:02 -0700
Fantasy Tip: That's good to hear concerning Adams, considering he was mostly a disappointment a season ago, even with Green Bay missing Jordy Nelson all year. Even with Nelson back, Adams should still be heavily involved as the slot receiver, and is certainly worth monitoring for his potential on a high-powered offense. He deserves a spot on the back-end of most rosters for his ceiling.

|Packers | Davante Adams trying to shine|
Wed, 17 Aug 2016 19:19:42 -0700
Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams has had some good moments and some bad ones in training camp, according to beat writer Tom Silverstein. It is believed Adams needs to make a statement in the preseason game Thursday, Aug. 18, against the Oakland Raiders.
Fantasy Tip: Adams has plenty of company at receiver, and even if he makes the team he is likely to be the No. 4 or 5 receiver at best. He has a chance to shine last season due to several injuries, but this season with more receivers in the mix his fantasy appeal is rather minimal.

|Packers | Davante Adams struggling|
Sun, 31 Jul 2016 23:41:29 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Adams needs to turn it on if he wants to make the team. He has failed to deliver on a couple of big opportunities in his career, but he has WR3 talent in fantasy. He's a WR5 flyer if he can turn it around.

|Packers | Jared Abbrederis making plays in camp|
Sun, 31 Jul 2016 14:33:35 -0700
Fantasy Tip: Abbrederis has been limited to nine games through two pro seasons due to injuries and probably needs both Janis and Adams to remain unimpressive in order to take over the No. 3 role behind Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb. The odds are long that will actually happen, but it is a possibility and the third receiver role has typically been an underrated source of fantasy production in Green Bay. Abbrederis should go undrafted in most leagues, but he's worth monitoring during the preseason just in case.

|Packers | Davante Adams on the bubble?|
Wed, 13 Jul 2016 20:24:26 -0700
Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams had a difficult season in 2015, and while he posted 50 receptions he averaged just 9.7 yards per catch. The last time a receiver with at least 25 receptions finished with that few yards per catch was in 1951. He dropped 12 of his 96 targets, while averaging just 3.0 yards per catch. With a deep receiving corps, beat writer Rob Reischel predicts Adams will need a big training camp and preseason for a roster spot.
Fantasy Tip: Adams was a huge disappointment last season for fantasy owners expecting big production with Jordy Nelson out of the picture. Adams had too many drops, disappeared in too many games and just showed very little consistency from week to week. With Ty Montgomery, Jeff Janis, Jared Abbrederis and Trevor Davis all looking for a piece of the pie, Adams needs a big camp.
